Reducing the use of single use plastics
As responsible organisations look to find ways to reduce the huge amounts of single use plastic entering our waste streams on a daily basis, they are increasingly turning to our robust reusable pallet wraps and load protection covers for sustainable ways to stabilise palletised shipments.
The reusable palletwraps are designed to be reused 1500 times giving an excellent return on investment.
The NYLON fabric is very strong and has a TENSILE STRENGTH of 6776 Newtons. This is roughly equivalent to the force of 700 kilos suspended.
Load capacity is around 1800 kilos.
We offer a 5-year guarantee for our reusable palletwraps, reusable pallet bands and reusable pallet straps. If any of these products fails during normal use within 5 years of purchase, then we will replace the faulty items free of charge.

VARIABLE PALLET LOAD HIEGHTS
If any customer has their pallet load height changing frequently, for example at an order picking point, the small 60cm CargoWrap can also be used in combination with other sizes of CargoWraps and bands.
IMPROVE LOAD STABILITY
We can supply these with corner pallet straps as shown below to secure the load to the pallet for added stability. These can be supplied on two opposite corners, or all four corners depending on your requirements.

Storage and transport of the Reusable palletwraps
When the wraps are not in use, they need to be moved and stored safely.
We recommend the use of transport cages as the wraps can be stored safely when being returned to base after use, and the wraps can be moved around a warehouse easily and safely in a cage to locations where they are needed.
