Thermal liners for air freight
The AKE LD3 thermal liner, this is available in three material configurations depending on the thermal requirements.
These thermal liners are re-usable for 3+ times depending on how they are used and handled.
They produce a very effective thermal barrier between the ULD and the chilled products being transported.
This is a tried and tested method, and when combined with gel packs it keeps the product at the correct temperature for up to 3 days.
THE AKE LINER IS AVAILABLE IN THREE MATERIALS
We supply the liner in foil lined single bubblewrap, foil lined double bubblewrap, and foil lined fibre foil liner.
The material type will be determined by the level of thermal proection required. We can advise on this.
USING WITH GEL ICE PACKS
This is an example how gel ice packs are used in conjunction with the thermal liner to protect chilled goods for 72 hours.
